The clues were there. First, Malcolm Stewart’s name appeared on the AMA’s Anaheim 2 entry list, the first time we’ve seen that this season. Then, Malcolm uploaded a photo of his new Suzuki RM-Z450 on Instagram, saying “Here we go.”
That prompted us to reach out to a source in the Stewart camp, who confirmed that Malcolm will be racing this weekend.
We’ll try to lockdown more details on this program. We’ve heard everything from a dealership helped Malcolm get some bikes, to Malcolm getting parts from Davi Millsaps, who was planning a comeback on a Suzuki in the summer of 2015, before getting signed by Forrest Butler’s (now) Rocky Mountain ATV/MC KTM team.
Whatever. The point is that Malcolm will be back this weekend. What about James Stewart? We don’t know.
