Heather Mutter is an avid NASCAR fan, and has been for over a decade.
Her passion for racing actually started when she was working at a large format movie theater (think IMAX) where she first saw a 70MM documentary titled, “Super Speedway” about the racing career of Mario and Michael Andretti. The thrill of the time and detail it takes to race was what she found so intriguing.
Heather happened upon NASCAR, the All-American Race, at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. What she is most drawn to is the stories from garage to track that makes for what she has been quoted as,”The best sporting soap opera ever.”
So serious about the sport that she was beginning to love, it took her almost 2 full seasons to pick “her driver”. And no, it’s not Junior, Gordon, or Johnson.
Her favorite driver is Carl Edwards, but she is also fond of Tony Stewart, as well as Kurt and Kyle Busch.
Heather has worked for multiple movie theater companies, and is currently in charge of Operations and Accounting for Trustlink.org.
Passionate about the sport, she is excited to share her opinions on ARN.
And if there is one thing that Heather is not lacking is the passion for NASCAR, and an opinion about what goes on with the drivers, teams, sponsors, and race tracks.
Heather has two dogs that she rescued, Ginger and Skipper.
